The EXO building system enables permanent structures to be built quickly and efficiently, offering affordable quality and reduced construction site waste. An innovation in pre-engineered building solutions, EXO’s SSIPs (Structural Steel Insulated Panels) are made using the top architectural products on the market today. Pre-Construction + Construction Management

Choose from our catalogue of pre-designed models, or work with our team to identify your needs and wants for your space—resulting in a building plan and design that suits your specifications. We support the permit application process and approvals, create a construction schedule and budget, and oversee the project as your construction management professionals.

Manufacturing

Our SSIPs (Structural Steel Insulated Panels) are manufactured in our facility in Surrey, BC. Proudly Canadian, these panels are designed to meet—or exceed—North American standards and building codes. By keeping our manufacturing in-house, we ensure the highest levels of quality and coordination.

Modular Construction

Our modular buildings are a hybrid of conventional and modular methods, highlighting our expertise throughout all aspects of the build. It starts with a concrete foundation—supervised by our team of engineers, ensuring the unique requirements are met for each site. With over 15 years of experience, installing our panels is the quickest part of the build—and we are continuously improving our build efficiency. The interior of our buildings are finished using both conventional and modern methods; we have partnered with carefully chosen specialties to deliver the final product our clients envisioned.

Design + Build + Contracts

EXO’s SSIPs (Structural Steel Insulated Panels) might be pre-fabricated, but there is still plenty of opportunity for customization with layout options from one to multiple storey buildings. Knowing design is in the details, we help clients choose from a variety of layout options and design features—from rooflines to panel layout and colour—to create a space perfectly suited to their needs.

As part of our construction project management service, our team is with you throughout the entire process—from the design phase, to permit acquisition, to project completion. We’re there to ensure everything is built safely, on time, on budget and on scope.

While we specialize in design build (CCDC 14), our team has extensive experience in fixed price (CCDC 2) and construction management (CCDC 5B) contracts and can work with you in whatever capacity best suits your needs.
